*CLIENT CREDIT
If the client later enters into a Buyer Representation Agreement with eXp Realty through Robert Rutkowski and completes a home purchase, an amount equal to the consultation fee will be credited toward the buyer broker fee associated with the transaction and reflected as a buyer credit at closing, subject to lender approval and applicable transaction guidelines.
