My Story
My journey started in Poland, where I grew up learning the value of hard work from an early age. At just 15, I began working in construction — not because I had to, but because I was driven by a desire to build something real, something lasting.
In 2000, I moved to the United States in search of new opportunities. Like many immigrants, I started from the ground up — quite literally — continuing my work in construction, learning the trade inside and out, one project at a time. That foundation shaped me. It taught me not just how to build homes, but how to build trust.
Eventually, I made my way into real estate, selling in one of the most competitive markets in the world — New York City. It was there that I sharpened my negotiation skills, learned how to navigate complex deals, and built long-term relationships with high-level clients and professionals.
After over a decade in real estate — and more than two decades in construction — I’ve built a powerful network of trusted builders, developers, and investors who share my commitment to quality, transparency, and growth.
Now, it’s time to bring those connections together.
That’s why I created Rutkowski Connect — a company dedicated to bridging the gap between builders and clients, developers and capital. This isn’t just business — it’s the next chapter in a story that started decades ago on a job site in Poland and evolved through the skyscrapers of New York.
