How It All Began…

It was a crisp Manhattan morning. I was standing on Central Park Avenue, heading to a job I already hated. At the time, I couldn’t imagine that this very job—the one that drained me—would someday be the foundation of the professional I was meant to become.

God knows us better than we know ourselves.

He knows exactly what tools we need, and often He places them in our hands long before we realize why. The question is whether we choose to step onto the path of our true calling. That morning, I decided it was time to change  something. I wanted more out of life. I was studying for my real estate license in Manhattan, at the very same school where Ivanka Trump earned hers. But in truth, the change had started two years earlier, when I discovered that money doesn’t buy happiness—but it can create a better life.

I wanted to understand the formula: how to make money, how to be happy, and how to hold  on to yourself in the process.

I learned quickly that money flows to those who communicate well and serve others genuinely. Making money is easy—what’s hard is learning how to truly connect with people and help them in a way that changes their lives.

I knew this in theory from the beginning, but I didn’t know how to apply it. What followed were years of lessons and frustrations, hundreds of new connections, thousands of conversations, and hundreds of books read.
